Leadership Workshops that change how your people lead
Most leadership training fails because it sells a fixed programme to every organisation. We do the opposite. Every workshop we deliver at Leadership Workshop Path is designed around your specific challenges, your team dynamics, and the outcomes you actually need. There are no off-the-shelf packages to choose between — instead, we build each engagement from transparent, clearly explained pricing components so you invest only in what matters.
Based in Wales and working with organisations across the United Kingdom, we specialise in experiential leadership development: workshops where participants practise real decision-making, receive honest peer feedback, and leave with commitments they can act on the following Monday morning.
Below you will find exactly how our pricing works, what each cost element covers, and what you can expect at every stage of the process. No sales calls required just to learn what things cost.
How our pricing works
We do not sell packages. Instead, every workshop is assembled from clear cost components. You choose the elements that fit your needs.
| Component | What it covers | Cost |
|---|---|---|
| Discovery session | A 90-minute diagnostic call with your leadership team to map current challenges, team culture, and desired outcomes. This shapes the entire workshop design. | £0 |
| Workshop design | Bespoke curriculum creation, scenario writing, materials preparation, and pre-workshop participant briefing documents tailored to your organisation. | £850 |
| Facilitation day | One full day of expert-led, in-person facilitation for up to 16 participants. Includes all printed materials, feedback tools, and on-the-day coordination. | £1,400 / day |
| Half-day session | A focused half-day workshop (up to 4 hours) for teams that need targeted intervention on a single leadership challenge. | £780 / session |
| Additional participants | For groups larger than 16, each additional participant adds a per-head cost to cover materials, exercises, and facilitator attention. | £65 / person |
| Follow-up coaching | Three one-hour virtual coaching sessions for individual leaders, delivered within 60 days of the workshop to reinforce new behaviours. | £420 / leader |
| Impact report | A written assessment delivered 30 days post-workshop, including participant feedback analysis, behavioural shift indicators, and recommendations for next steps. | £350 |
| Travel supplement | For venues outside Wales, a flat-rate travel contribution applies. Venues within Wales incur no travel cost. | From £120 |
All prices exclude VAT. A typical engagement for a 12-person team — discovery, design, one facilitation day, and an impact report — comes to approximately £2,600 before VAT. We provide a detailed written quote within 48 hours of your discovery session.
What happens inside a workshop
Our sessions are not lectures. Participants work through realistic leadership scenarios drawn from your own industry context. They practise difficult conversations, make resource allocation decisions under pressure, and receive structured feedback from peers and our facilitator.
Every exercise is designed to surface the gap between intention and impact — the place where leadership development actually happens. Participants leave not with theory, but with specific commitments they have already rehearsed.
From enquiry to impact — what to expect
Initial conversation
You reach out via our enquiry form, email, or phone. We respond within one working day to schedule your free discovery session at a time that suits your diary.
Discovery and diagnosis
During a 90-minute call with key stakeholders, we map your leadership landscape: what is working, where friction exists, and what success looks like for your team. This session is always free.
Proposal and quote
Within 48 hours you receive a written proposal with a detailed cost breakdown using the pricing components above. No surprises, no hidden line items.
Workshop delivery
We arrive at your venue (or arrange a suitable space) and facilitate the session. Participants engage in exercises, scenarios, and structured reflection designed specifically for your context.
Follow-through
If you have opted for coaching or an impact report, these begin within the first week after the workshop. We stay connected to ensure momentum does not fade once the session ends.
What clients say — and what changed
Swansea-based tech startup, 22 employees
Their founding team struggled with delegation as the company scaled. After a full-day workshop focused on trust-based leadership, three co-founders reported spending 40% less time in operational decisions within six weeks.
NHS Wales department, 14 clinical managers
A half-day session on leading through uncertainty helped clinical managers navigate post-pandemic team dynamics. The follow-up coaching reinforced new communication patterns that measurably reduced staff grievance submissions.
Manufacturing firm, Newport, 9 shift supervisors
Shift supervisors needed to transition from technical experts to people leaders. The two-day engagement included scenario-based exercises modelled on actual shopfloor conflicts, resulting in a noticeable improvement in team morale scores at the next quarterly review.
Charity sector, pan-Wales, 11 programme managers
Programme managers from multiple locations came together for a workshop on leading without formal authority. The impact report revealed that 10 of 11 participants had implemented at least one new influence strategy within 30 days.
Questions we hear often
Can you run workshops for very small teams of fewer than six people?
Yes. Smaller groups often benefit most from our approach because exercises can be more personalised. The facilitation day rate remains the same, but the overall investment is lower because there are no additional participant fees. We have run effective sessions for teams as small as three.
Do you deliver workshops virtually?
We strongly recommend in-person delivery because the experiential exercises work best with physical presence. However, we can design virtual half-day sessions for distributed teams when travel is not feasible. Virtual sessions use a modified format optimised for screen-based interaction and are priced at the half-day rate.
What industries do you work with?
Leadership challenges are remarkably consistent across sectors. We have worked with technology companies, healthcare providers, charities, manufacturing firms, local government, and professional services. The discovery session ensures every exercise is contextualised to your world, regardless of industry.
How far in advance should we book?
We typically need three to four weeks between the discovery session and workshop delivery to allow time for proper design and material preparation. For urgent needs, we can sometimes accommodate shorter timelines — just let us know when you enquire.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled workshop date receive a full refund of any deposit paid. Cancellations within 14 days incur the workshop design fee only, as that work will already have been completed. Rescheduling is always free if you give us at least 7 days notice.
